Since I was little, I immersed myself in various sports and activities where, more than seeking high performance, I looked for the pleasure of having fun, of movement, and of what feels good.
Latin American to the core, I arrived in Strasbourg 8 years ago. I adapted to this beautiful city where I learned French and also pursued my higher education at EM Strasbourg.
In 2019, I was diagnosed with endometriosis. With limited local medical options, I decided to completely rethink my habits and lifestyle.
I discovered that conscious and adaptive movement could be a powerful tool for my daily well-being. This journey led me to transform not only my routine, but also my outlook on life.
During the pandemic, I rediscovered exercise, this time at home, with a different goal: to improve my quality of life. Thanks to moderate strength training and a new relationship with my body, I felt a noticeable improvement day after day.
Gradually, friends and family going through similar situations began to ask me for advice. That's when I realized I wanted to go further: to help other people reconnect with their vitality through movement, exercise, and overall well-being.
